Melissa Stiles, Mike Monterro, and Rick Wallace (Oregon Department of Energy) all talk about the Rogue Valley Clean Cities Coalition, which was one of the first in US to develop a regional focus on using clean fuels.    The concept impacts every commuter, the infrastructure of fueling stations, and anyone involved in hauling and shipping.
