This three building commercial lease property was built for Crater Lake Ventures LLC.   It sits  on the busy corner of  Crater Lake Hwy and Delta Waters Road in Medford where the high end retail center that takes front stage at it’s prominent location.

These lease property buildings were enclosed and included rough plumbing and electrical.   Initially, no interior walls were  included so that the owner could customize the space sizes to the tenants needs.   The tenants then would undertake completing their leased space with walls, lighting, and finishes to suit their store or restaurant. The project was completed for maximum customization of the rental space in size and arrangement of the space.  For the building owner, this translates into having a more leasable property.

All the site work, landscaping, and central loading docks were constructed for the retails center.  The exterior features brick & stucco veneer over masonry walls.

The existing 10,000 SF building was entirely remodeled inside and out to feature the “Mazda” theme colors.  A custom designed awning was fabricated and installed on the Northeast Corner of the building.  The project was completed with installation of custom retail lighting and signage to highlight the clients striking company “branding”.

This massive renovation of the old Medford 4 Cinemas, included a complete re-construction of the building on the exterior and interior.   The building was structurally improved for seismic (earthquake) issues.  The interior includes an attractive office lobby, and plenty of office space.    Currently the Oregon Department of Motor Vehicles and the Red Cross share the space.  The building is owned and operated by Biddle Rd. Leasing, LLC.

This contemporary office building utilized 2 story concrete tilt-up panels with decorative finishes.  Further exterior interest was added with custom designed metal window awnings for shading.   Exterior window shading helps reduce interior glare on computer screens, create a more pleasant interior light, and also help reduce air conditioning loads and energy usage.

This tilt-up concrete project included 2 story tall concrete panels with deep reveal lines for architectural interest.  High quality interior and exterior finishes were used to complete the office and provide a high end professional office center to LTM.    In 2006 Knife River Corporation bought LTM and the office building the building is now locally known as the Knife River building.

This vehicle storage barn remodel was completed in phases to suit the client’s budget.   The metal exterior and roof of an existing building were replaced and pre-set for future installation of solar panels.  From the start everyone knew that eventually a large installation of solar panels would be installed.  One year after the remodeling preparations, the City of Ashland had the funding in place to complete the project and they were easily able to install 62 kW of power production on their truck storage building.
