Project Update: PK Player Development Center at University of Oregon
Tuesday, July 31st, 2012Work is moving along quickly on the new Player Development building for the University of Oregon Duck’s Baseball Team. Located at PK Park (next to Autzen Stadium in Eugene, Oregon) the new facility will include indoor batting cages, artificial turf fielding practice areas, all with large doors that can be opened onto the field.
Work is scheduled to be complete this fall. If you’re headed to Ducks Football this fall, take a look over the fence this new baseball facility.
Project Update: Fairchild Medical Center

Fairchild Medical Center in Yreka is a primary care facility and is designated as certified rural health clinic in an area that is federally recognized as a “medical services shortage area”.
Batzer Construction is building an addition to the clinic that will double the size of the facility and provide patient exam rooms, medical records, business offices, infusion room, outpatient imaging, lab space as well as a new reception, lobby and waiting area. In addition,we have added 177 parking spaces and a covered patient drop off area.

In August we started working on the 22,000 SF expansion of Fairchild Medical Center. The project completion is anticipated by early summer 2011. Overall, this expansion will increase Fairchild’s ability to recruit and retain quality medical providers, while also providing Clinic patients with added convenience of access to several medical and supporting services in one location. Fairchild Medical Plaza will remain open during construction with normal working hours and sufficient parking.

Thursday, January 7th, 2010Jackson & Roosevelt Elementary Schools in Medford are nearly complete. Project Manager, Brett Smith, has done a great job working the two different sites on the same construction schedule.
